In Thessaloniki for the first time the Longines EEF Series CSIO3*-W as part of the Ippos Spring Festival 2025!
A very large participation of at least 400 riders with 600 horses from 17 countries of the world is expected at the “Ippos Spring Festival”, which will be held in two weeks, May 22-25 and May 29 – June 1 in Thessaloniki and Nea Radesto, at the Ippos Club equestrian facility.
The Hellenic Equestrian Federation in collaboration with the Equestrian Center of Macedonia and the Ippos Club are organizing the Longines EEF Series Greece CSIO3*-W 2025 over four days, May 29 to June 1.
This year’s Longines EEF Series Greece CSIO3*-W, which is being held for the fifth year in Greece, but for the first time in Northern Greece, will include three individual international jumping events.
- The Longines EEF Series Greece CSIO3 *-W, part of the Longines EEF Series Nations Cup 2025, which is under the auspices and organization of the European Equestrian Federation,
- an international competition CSI1*
- and an international competition for young horses CSIYH*.
The program of the Longines EEF Series Greece CSIO3 *-W is dominated by the team competition of the Nations Cup on Sunday, June 1 at 16.30, which is a qualifying event for the Southern Region of the Longines EEF Series Nations Cup, where of course the Greek team with its stars and the teams of Germany, Italy, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania will be present.
It will be preceded by another important event at the same equestrian facility, which will take place over four days, from 22-25 May, including international jumping competitions CSI2*, CSI1* and CSIYH1*, as part of the Ippos Spring Festival.
Along with the team athletes, top riders from 11 more countries around the world, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Hungary, Norway, Serbia, Slovenia, Sweden, Cyprus, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates, will participate in the events of the program, including the most important Grand Prix, which will take place in the first week on Sunday, 25 May in the afternoon and in the second week, on Friday, 30 May at 18:00.
Spectators are free to enter the Ippos Club, while all events in both weeks will be live from the electronic platform https://www.clipmyhorse.tv/en_EU/ and in the second week via the event’s website https://csigreece.gr/live-streaming/
The Longines EEF Series Nations Cup on Sunday, June 1 at 16.30 will be broadcasted live by ERT and Ertflix.
