An exciting jump-off concluded yesterday afternoon at Ippos Club in Thessaloniki, bringing to a close the feature class of the four-day event, the Metlen Grand Prix (1.55m) of the Longines EEF Series CSIO3-W 2026*.
Turkey’s Necmi Eren riding XPSS Levilensky emerged as the winner after delivering a faultless jump-off round in the fastest time of 41.75 seconds.
Second place went to Italy’s Francesco Corradu Uitos, who finished in 43.60 seconds, while Hungary’s Tamas Mraz Cordoe secured third place with the same time of 43.60 seconds.
The prizes were presented by Ms. Hannah Mytilineou, representative of Metlen, the National Sponsor of the sport, Mr. Konstantinos Karakasilis, President of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation, and Mr. Ali Kucuk, President of the Ground Jury.
The Longines EEF Series Greece CSIO3-W* concludes tomorrow with its most prestigious competition, the Nations Cup, which serves as a qualifying event for the Longines EEF Series Region South. Ten nations will compete in the team competition: Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Germany, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania, Brazil, and Italy. The event will be broadcast live on ERTSports via ERTFlix.
The Greek team will be represented by two female riders and two male riders:
- Ioli Mytilineou with Casanova, making her first home appearance with the national team,
- Aikaterini Laskaridi with Hilada,
- Ilias Baliousis with Casper d’Argouges, and
- Dimitris Natsis with Cresco.
